Cancellations, Refunds, Exchanges & Repairs Policy

Cancellations

Subject to stock availability, Motherland reserves the right to cancel an order in part or in full, and should we do so, will refund the order in full within 30 days.

Orders prior to shipping may be cancelled. However Motherland reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 10% to cover pre-dispatch and administration costs.

Orders may not be cancelled once dispatched.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once goods have been dispatched, no refunds will be made, but the product may be exchanged for other items, or the credit kept on your account, subject to the following:

  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the condition you received it
  • Product may be exchanged for other items, or the credit kept on your account
  • Cost of return and deliveries will be for the account of the client

Repairs & Guarantee

21 Day Repair Policy: when a product is still under guarantee, we undertake to repair the product within 21 days.  However, if the Motherland or the repair agent cannot find the necessary parts within 21 working days, Motherland will exchange your product with a similar item.

Stock Availability; although every effort is made to ensure stock is available, circumstances beyond either our, or our supplier’s control may cause delays, but we will always endeavour to provide the repair or replacement within the shortest time period.

However, repairs / replacements are subject to the following:

  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Product defect or damage must not be due to negligence or intentional / unintentional damage.
